What we collect
When you order flowers, book a workshop or send us a note, we keep your name, contact details, the delivery address and any message you write. That’s all.
Why we keep it
To make and deliver your order, to text you a photo and confirm payment, and to reply to you. If you subscribe, we keep your details for as long as the subscription runs.
Who sees it
Only the Sweetpea team and our payment provider. We never sell or share your details, and we don’t send marketing unless you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Email hello@sweetpea.flowers and we’ll sort it within a week.
